You can insert an object that is linked to a file in a Word2010 document, and objects inserted into the Word document will also be updated when the original file that is linked is updated. Files that are embedded in a Word document cannot be synchronized with the original file. To insert an object that is linked to a file in a Word2010 document, the steps are described below:
Step 1th, open the Word2010 document window and position the insertion cursor where you want to insert the object. Switch to the Insert ribbon and click the Object button in the text group, as shown in Figure 1.
