Environment: Ubuntu Linux

1. installation:

Decompress and copy the kernel five. bin files to the main directory.

Sudo mv. bin/usr/share/scim/tables

Sudo pkill scim & scim-d

Exit the terminal and then execute the following command

Sudo scim-setup

Ii. settings:

Input Method engine: global settings: Simplified Chinese: 6.1 (checked): OK

Sudo pkill scim & scim-d

Exit Terminal
