Install and test NCARG4.4.2 in RHEL5 System

Download ncarg_src-4.4.2.tar.gz to/home/download/software/linux
Tar xzvf ncarg_src-4.4.2.tar.gz
Export NCARG =/home/download/software/linux/ncarg-4.4.2
Export FC = pgf90
Export CC = pgcc
./Configure-v
The lib library is as follows: /usr/lib64/usr/local/lib64/usr/local/hdf4.2/lib/usr/local/szlib/lib/home/software/pgi703/linux86-64/7.0-3/lib
Include: /usr/include/usr/local/hdf4.2/include/home/software/pgi703/linux86-64/7.0-3/include/home/software/pgi703/linux86-64 /7.0-3/include/CC

Replace LINUX with LINUX.64.PGI In the config directory
Modify Project under config
Add-lsz to # define HDFlib-lmfhdf-ldf-ljpeg-lz
Because I used the szlib library during hdf4.2 compilation.
Modify ncarview/src/lib/libncarg_ras/hdf. c

# Include Is # include
Because the three hdf4.2 files I installed are not in the hdf folder, but under/usr/local/hdf4.2/include.
Make Everything> make-output
Installation Complete
Test ncargex cpex08
Ctrans-d X11 cpex08.ncgm is successful.
