No kidding?
Well, I haven't tried, but I can say a few suggestions:
1>android is generally Java, at least the General program/service is launched through the Java layer of the front end, of course, the C-terminal can also be self-booting, but not common. Assuming you're done. Start the service this piece
2>apache, MySQL, PHP services need to find the corresponding CPU version, the general arm version can be, this is more, my NAS is arm's
3> then just run up and see what else is wrong.
Android Arm version PHP can be built on Ubuntu Linux x86 by cross-compiling with Arm-none-linux-gnueabi or Arm-linux-musleabi or Android NDK.
Ksweb and ANMPP are both PHP packages on Android and can be used on a Web server with a mobile phone.
PHP developers can also use Phpdroid to develop Android apps based on Php+webview.
