How to install (without PPA, directly download the DEB installation package ):
Ubuntu, Linux Mint, Elementary OS, Debian, and other derivative versions use the following command:
sudo apt-get install gdebi
wget http://sourceforge.net/projects/pacmanager/files/pac-4.0/pac-4.5.3.9-all.deb
sudo gdebi pac-4.5.3.9-all.deb
Uninstall software commands:
sudo apt-get remove pac
