Sudo apt-get install sourcenav
The installation is successful.
However, the prompt "Couldn't find package" is displayed in Ubuntu 9.04.
The solution is hard to find. However, it is found that kscope is placed at http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/universe/k/kscope. so the source navigator should also have it.
