Install Ubuntu10.10 in wubi under WIN7

1. Download Ubuntu and related tools download "ubuntu-10.10-desktop-amd64.iso" on Ubuntu official website 2. Configure the hard disk installation environment download "ubuntu-10.10-desktop-amd64.iso" can be placed in the root directory of any disk. I put it in D :/. From this isofile, wubi.exe is extracted using tools such as winrarand put under the root directory of the same iso disk. For example, I put them all in E:

2. Configure the hard disk installation environment

The downloaded ubuntu-10.10-desktop-amd64.iso can be placed under the root directory of any disk. I put it in D :/.

From this isofile, wubi.exe is extracted using tools such as winrarand put under the root directory of the same iso disk. For example, I put them all in E :/.

Run wubi.exe. Pop-up.

Install the driver to be used-the installation directory. If the size of drive C is large enough, it is recommended to install the driver on drive C.

System size-we recommend that you select 30 GB.

3. Only restart and wait.

Note: As I am LENOVO and have WIN7 to restore the partition with one click, I cannot re-partition, so I do not need to guide. You can install the SDK in this way.
