First download Ubuntu's derivative Ultimate-Edition-2.9-x86.iso (with extremely rich software) http://nchc.dl.sourceforge.net/project/ultimateedition/ultimate-edition-2.9-x86.iso
Then create the boot disk of the USB flash drive:

Prepare a 3g usb flash drive with no important files in it. format it immediately:
Format in USB-HDD mode (bootable ):
