Install VMwareTools in CentOS

1. choose VM> Install VMWare Tools from VMWare ..., The VMWare Tools icon will appear on the desktop for you to install?

2. after entering the CentOS table, open the optical disk and see vmwarw.ls-6.0.2.592.16.tar.gz.

3rd, copy vmwarw.ls-6.0.2.592.16.tar.gz to/home and decompress the package.

# Cp VMWareTools-6.0.2.59824.tar.gz/home

# Tar-zxvf VMwareTools-6.0.2-59824.tar.gz

4. go to the decompressed vmware-tools-distrib directory.

# Cd vmware-tools-distrib/

Execute vmware-install.pl security? VMWare Tools

[Root @ localhost vmware-tools-distrib]#./Vmware-install.pl

After that, many problems will occur. you can accept the default value and press enter. The only question is the resolution. if you want to use other resolutions, set them as follows:
