The following figure shows the principles of router port ing. In many cases, you only need to set the IP address, default gateway, and eMule client port to implement vro port ing. Router port ing principle: Set up TCP and UDP port numbers for personal computers (corresponding IP addresses). The port numbers set by eMule are consistent with those set up by the vro. There are many vro brands, including the default gateway, Logon Name, password, operation interface, setting name, and text interface (Chinese and English). The solution is to change the name based on the principle.
This article uses the "TENDA multi-function broadband SOHO Router" as an example to introduce the router port ing. The configurations of vrouters of other brands/models are similar. Please modify them by reference.
◆ IP Address: 192.168.0.4
◆ Default Gateway: 192.168.0.1
◆ EMule client port
◆ TCP/IP: 4662
• UDP: 4762
◆ Log on to the vro Management Interface: Open the browser and enter the default gateway address to open the logon window. The default username and password are admin.
◆ Set TCP port: the port number should be consistent with the client port used by eMule, and port should be opened for the personal computer corresponding to the "IP address.
◆ Set UPD port: Same as TCP port.
◆ Restart vro: restart eMule after the network is connected. Complete the router port ing.
