Invalid Location of tag (form)

There was a problem today, the imported company's Web project, many of the JSP files say the first form is undefined or not in the right place. From the code to see that there is a definition, and then look at the myeclipse inside the hint, is invalid location of the tag (form), and then on the Internet to check, came to the conclusion is:

MyEclipse prompt is normal, for this reason:
<form></form> can not be written to <table></table> inside.

So, I'm going to remove the unnecessary form tag.
