Objective

• You can press the key combination to implement actions that typically require a mouse, trackpad, or other input device to complete.

• To use a keyboard shortcut, press and hold one or more modifier keys while pressing the last key of the shortcut key. For example, to use the shortcut key command-c (copy), hold down the Command key and press the C key, and then release both keys at the same time. Mac menus and keyboards often use symbols for certain keys, including the following modifier keys:

  ? Shift
  ? Option
  ? Command
  ? Control
  ? Caps Lock

  Escape is the ESC key
  Space Bar is the SPACEBAR
  No Eject (media eject) keys Replace with power key

• If you are using a Windows PC-only keyboard, use the ALT key instead of the Option key and the Windows flag key instead of the Command key. Some MAC keyboards have special keys in the top row and they are used in shortcut keys, which have volume icons, display brightness icons, and other function icons. Press the key to perform the function and combine it with the Fn key to use as F1, F2, F3, or other standard function keys.

1. System shortcut Keys

  To use any of these key combinations, press and hold the button immediately after you have pressed the power button to turn on your Mac or after your Mac starts to restart.    Keep holding down until the computer behaves as expected.  If your MAC uses a firmware password, all of these key combinations will be deactivated (except as noted below). These key combinations apply to Intel-based MAC computers.  After your Mac starts, you can use other Mac keyboard shortcuts.                          Shift (?)                         Start option (?) in Safe mode                                      Boot into the boot manager, from which you can choose a different startup disk (if available).                                        If your MAC uses a firmware password, you'll be asked to enter it first. D from the built-in Apple Hardware Test or Apple diagnostics  Boot, depending on your MAC model. MacOS Recovery can install different versions of MacOS,            Depending on the key combination you use when you start your computer.                                      OPTION + command (?) + P + r resets the NVRAM (or PRAM). If your Mac uses a firmware password, this key combination will change your Mac to boot from MacOS recovery system.                                        Please turn off the firmware password from MacOS recovery system, then reboot and reset NVRAM.                         Command + s starts in single-user mode T with Target Disk mode start Command + V Launch the Eject key (?), F12, mouse button or trackpad button in verbose mode to eject removable media, such as a disc

2. Basic shortcut keys

• In the yosemite+ version, the maximized + button has become a full-screen button, but can still be maximized in the following ways.
