Is there a Web site like Leetcode that can use PHP? Or recommend a Java IDE that is suitable for brush problems.

Occasionally stroll down, leetcode lintcode brush the title site, the knowledge of the algorithm data structure, but found generally can only use, java javascript and python so on brush.

So I hope to have a PHP brush with the exchange, if it is not the kind of popular words, turn Java ( JavaScript still familiar, but brush algorithm will be a bit strange), long time useless not too accustomed.

If you use Java it, there is no recommended light-weight point of the IDE. The usual PHPStorm (buy a personal developer version), feel the idea of a series of slightly heavier, but also to pay extra money to buy (have to say that idea this charge routine ...) ), so see if there are any other relatively lightweight recommendations, thank you.
