After two days of downloading the isp of the at89s series single-chip microcomputer, I finally got it out. I encountered some problems in the process and wrote it down to help me remember it.

The test board is the "USB + single-chip microcomputer + CPLD" Development Board. The isplay1.3 software is used to write a HEX file into the single-chip microcomputer through the ISP, but the system always prompts an error in writing the file, because the CPLD has been debugged with this board before.ProgramThe single-chip microcomputer uses the syncom chip and does not use the at89s single chip to run the program on the Development Board. Remember that the syncom chip was running normally at the time, so there was no doubt about the circuit problem, I wrote a small program with a single-chip microcomputer and sent the DATA 0x55 to the serial port. After debugging with the simulator, I generated a HEX file. I found that I was always prompted to write an error when downloading with the ISP, I tested the ISP download version with the software and found that the 74hc244 pin is normal, and the Small board can also be used to burn the CPLD, but hex cannot be downloaded to the S52 microcontroller, then I use a programmer to burn the Hex file into the S52 chip, but the program on the Development Board still cannot run (no 0x55 data on the serial port ), it took me a whole day to understand this problem. Today, by accident, I put the burned chip on another board for use and found that the program can run normally, the serial port displays data 0x55. Therefore, we suspect that the hardware circuit of the Development Board has gone up.

Originally, the crystal oscillator of the Development Board was not affected, and the problem was solved. Everything was OK. Specific phenomenon: the voltage of pin18 pin19 on the single chip microcomputer pin is between 2v-3v, and the voltage seems to be normal, however, according to the oscilloscope, The 2v-3v voltage is a DC signal, and the most critical problem is that the ale pin has no square wave output.

PS: At the beginning, you should first determine whether the single chip can work on the Development Board, and then download the ISP, because the premise of the ISP download SCM must be in normal state, the explanation for the normal state is: when there is a program in the chip, the power supply must be normal, the RST can be reset normally, the crystal oscillator foot has a sine wave, and the EA is connected to 5 V (normally ), the ale foot has a high-frequency square wave output.

Today, I changed the core board of a cpld and changed the ISP download circuit. As for the reason why the chip of the Development Board can be used with syncom, but I still haven't found out why the chip of the Development Board cannot be used with AT89S52, wait until you have time.

 

When detecting at89s series single-chip microcomputer with isplay1.3, the single-chip microcomputer will not be detected. There are two reasons: First, you only need to press the "Detection Device" button several times with isplay1.3, there is also the possibility that the circuit board is unstable. Generally, the former is more! In the isplay manual, after the isplay program is set, you must first disable isplay and then enable the detection device.

Note that the isplay1.3 software must be under the root directory of the D Drive.
