Java.lang.IllegalStateException:The content of the adapter have changed but ListView do not receive a notification

The ListView UI Redraws when Layoutchildren is triggered, which verifies that the ListView Mitemcount is the same as its adapter.getcount, with different errors.

In two places the Mitemcount will be assigned to a value, Initial Setup Adapter: xxadapter.notifydatasetchanged: It is therefore important to ensure that modifications adapter data and notifydatasetchanged are coupled, otherwise the above anomalies are prone to occur under a particular sequence.
