Solution to Oracle official website Download the JCE unrestricted rights policy file (note the corresponding version), unzip after download, you can see Local_policy.jar and Us_export_policy.jar and Readme.txt. If the JRE is installed, two jar files are placed in the%jre_home% \lib\security directory to overwrite the original files, and if the JDK is installed, the two jar files are placed in the%jdk_home%\jre\lib\security directory to overwrite the original files.
