In the previous section we discussed the installation of a WINS server, and this section begins to discuss content such as WINS configuration. In general, we can find wins in the admin tool of the Control Panel, or enter the Winsmgmt.msc command in the run to open the WINS management interface directly. The following figure:

The WINS interface is concise and requires little user modification. Basically installed, not how to configure can be used very smoothly, because the default configuration has been very optimized. But for the purpose of learning, there are a few places to mention.
As an example of a red box-labeled entry, there is a green up arrow indicating that the WINS server is running normally, whereas if you are playing a red X, the current WINS service is problematic. The following figure:
