Under Linux, compile and install the PHP times error:

LIBXML2 configure:error:xml2-config not found. Please check your LIBXML2 installation.

But LIBXML2 has been installed under Linux, and I'm through Rpm-qa | grep libxml2 can be found, then why do you still hint at that mistake?

It should be libxml2-dev.

Ubuntu/debian:

apt-get install libxml2-dev

Centos/redhat:

yum install libxml2-devel

Did you install the libxml2-devel or something?
