The campus network has a terrible ruijie certification and cannot allow two NICs to work at the same time. However, ubuntu is not very user-friendly in terms of NIC Management.

After searching for a long time, I finally found the command to enable the NIC.
Enable disable Nic name ifconfig eth0 up/down
You can use ifconfig to check which network adapters are available in the system.
