Linux: Tomcat6.0.30

1. download a tomcat first. I will use tomcat 6.0.30 here. Select the tar.gz package. Decompress the package to/usr/local/and rename it & ldquo; tomcat6 & rdquo ;. Input: # cd usr/local/tomcat6/bin/

Input: # sh catalina. sh

3. run the command line to start tomcat.

Input: # sh startup. sh

Click your browser: enter the address http: // 127.0.0.1: 8080

Your installation is successful!

Exit and enter sh shutdown. sh.
