Failed to install rpm software

The rpm package indicates that the installation is successful, but the rpm-q cannot be found.

Rpmbuild -- rebuild clumanager-xx-xxx-xx.src.rpm

For example:/usr/src/redhat/RPMS/i386/clumanager-xx-xxx-xx.i386.rpm

Run again:
