Mac Phpize Issues

This is now the Phpize version information:

localhost:~ dddd$ Phpize-v
Configuring for:
PHP Api version:20100412
Zend Module Api no:20100525
Zend Extension Api no:220100525

This version of PHP is:

localhost:~ dddd$ Php-i
PHP API = 20121113
PHP Extension = 20121212
Zend Extension = 220121212

This is my current MAC situation, two versions do not correspond. You cannot compile other PHP modules now.
Does it happen again? How to solve?

Generally because which phpize the directory in the $PATH than which php before, or you compile the installation of PHP for some reason only to $path PHP without adding phpize

There are multiple versions of PHP in the system, as long as the path is managed well. Mcfog's answer has been very good.
