1 Extension User failure

2 Relay Failure

The relay interface is the port to which the user switch is connected with the superior, and the connection between the user and the outside line must be through the relay interface.

Often hear the user reflected dial "0" after not to go out (silent) or call the operator no answer and no voice prompts (switchboard people on duty), first of all in the wiring frame to determine the local call out, into the relay access switch is normal, such as the individual out of the relay port without dial tone, please to the Telecommunications Bureau 112 fault station reflected. (2) The switch side data is incorrect, such as the loss of relay data or the incorrect access and relay settings. (3) Incorrect relay data was loaded. 3 billing system does not receive the message list
