1, a new file for your own text size, resolution 72 pixel/inch, RGB color mode.
2, click on the bottom of the layers Panel button to create a new layer, click D to restore the default black foreground color and black background color (translator Note: Press D key needs in English input method).

Select Menu Filter/Render/Cloud (Filter > Render > Clouds), select menu image/Adjust/hue and saturation (Image > Adjustments > Hue/saturation ..., ctrl+u), Pop-up hue and Saturation dialog box, select the shaded (colorize) check box, drag the Hue slider or enter the number 30 in the input box, set saturation to 75, select image/adjust/brightness and contrast images > Adjustments > brightness/ Contrast ...), set contrast to +30.
