The principle of express mail is that Foxmail itself completes the work of the SMTP server and directly delivers the mail to the recipient's mailbox. During execution, Foxmail needs to call the Domain Name Server (DNS) to query the IP address of the recipient's mailbox server. Therefore, you must enter the Domain Name Server address in the system.
You can enter the Domain Name Server address in the Windows ICP/IP Properties dialog box, or use the Foxmail menu's "option" | "system settings ", in the displayed dialog box, select "express mail" and enter the IP address of the Domain Name Server.
To obtain the Domain Name Server address in your region, run the winipcfg (Win98) command in Windows "start" | "run" and view it in the "details" dialog box. Or run cmd (Win2000/XP) to go to the command line mode, and then run ipconfig to view the information.
Start Foxmail, open the "options" menu, and click "system settings" in the pop-up drop-down menu.
Select the "express mail" label, fill in the IP address in "Domain Name Server 1 (2)", and then check the "prompt after successful email sending" below.
To use this function to send emails, you only need to click the "express delivery" button in the toolbar in the prepared email window.
Tip: express mail can only be sent to one recipient, and only one email address can be entered at the recipient.
