Making three steps of badminton with PHOTOSHOP7

The use of Photoshop graphics software, not afraid of you can not do, afraid you can't think of. Do a good job of each piece not only to observe the shape of the object, the color of the object, but also to think how to draw the object through the software drawing.

Photoshop offers a lot of filters to help us make drawings and provides us with an extremely broad range of imaginary space. Take the production of badminton, both want its shape, color, but also want to use what tools to draw it out, want to do badminton, as long as you make it part of the Badminton Ball, feather (just one), fixed line three parts to do OK.

The first step: Feather making part

1. Create a new Black RGB format 600*700 pixels around the background layer.

2. Create a new layer layer1, the toolbox with a rectangular marquee tool to make a small high rectangle (height to be similar to badminton feathers), using the Gradient tool, the rectangle gradient, as shown in Figure 1:

Ctrl+t adjusts the "feather root" for the lower than above, the effect is shown in Figure 2:

3. Create a new layer 2,ctrl+ click on the layer layer1, get layer1 Layer 1 selection, back to Layer 2. Select-modify-expand (Select-Modify-expand), expand 3 pixels, fill white. Then use the Eraser tool, use the eraser to sharp enough, in order to make the edge to do more "hair" point, then erase the white below, which is based on the feather shape of badminton, put layer 2 under Layer 1, Merge layer 1,2 (hide the other layer in the layer, then click on the upper right corner of the small Triangle selection merger Visible). The final effect is shown in Figure 3:

4. Using the Pen tool, sketch out the feather outer frame, fill the white, filter-noise-add noise (filter--> noise--> add noise), set as Figure 4:

Then Filter-blur-motion Blur (filter--> Blur-> motion Blur), set as Figure 5:

Use the 3rd method to make the feathers a little "hairy". Finally use the same method to do the right feather down, the feather under the "feather root", combined with feathers. The effect is shown in Figure 6:

Now the ball's feathers are coming, isn't it hard? The following is a good arrangement of feathers, this is the key to do a good job badminton.

5. Use copy-paste, copy several feathers, and then adjust the feathers of each layer ctrl+t, the feather from the left to start with a superposition of one adjustment, arrangement. And then to each feather as follows edit, select Layer-layer Style-drop Shadow (Layer-layer style-projection), set as shown in Figure 7:

The size value in this setting is adjusted appropriately according to the position of the feather. Combine the feathered layer, called the front feather, and finally get the feather effect as shown in Figure 8:

6. Use the above method to do badminton back feathers, unlike the front feather is a little higher in the middle,
Slightly lower on either side, merging layers, known as back feathers. In the layer layer surface set opacity opacity is about 65%, the effect is shown in Figure 9:

7. Place the front feather layer on top of the back feather layer and merge the two layers. As shown in Figure 10:

If you finish all the feathers, you'll have 80% of the whole piece, and the rest of the ball and the anchor line will be a piece of cake.

Step two: the ball bracket part

1. Create a new layer 1, preferably display grid (shortcut CTRL + "), first with the elliptical selection tool to draw an ellipse, do not cancel the ellipse, with the rectangular marquee tool, hold down the SHIFT key, and then make a rectangle, as shown in Figure 11:

2. After coloring the "ball head" with a circular gradient tool, Filter-->noise-->add noise, set amount=40%, and select uniform and monochromatic. Filter-->blur-->gaussian Blur, set radius=2. Create a new layer 2 to make a circle, it's best to display the grid, any color, according to layer 1 to the ring Layer 2 unwanted parts deleted, and then CTRL + click Layer 2, the Layer 2 has a choice, press DELETE to delete the color, with the gradient tool to color (note the direction of light), merging the two layers, The effect is as shown in Figure 12:

Step three: Ball fixed line part

1. Use the Pen tool to draw a crooked white curve, copy, paste two times (a total of 3 curves), adjust the curve, and the pasted curves, Layer-->layer Style-->drop shadow to the curve add shadow effect, and then let them around a piece, The effect of merging layers is as shown in Figure 13:

2. Re-copy-paste several steps around the curve, straightening, merging the ball fixed line layer. Change the layer to 90 degrees, filter-->distort-->shear (filter--> distort--> shear), and adjust the arc of the fixed line. Turn 90 degrees over again (at this point to the curve down), Filter-->blur-->blur (filter--> blur--> Blur) two or three times, get the final effect of the curve as shown in Figure 14:
