2. In Word, select the MathType menu-formatting formula (format equation). In the pop-up dialog box, click Browse under MathType preference file, select the source, tick whole document.

MathType Insert Formula Number:

1. From the MathType menu in Word, select Insert Formula number (insert equation numbers). The first time you use this feature, a reminder box will pop up to remind you of the number starting with the numbering. The formula number will be centered by default.
