MAVEN imports the local jar package into the local warehouse

The jar packages downloaded from the MAVEN central repository are manually imported into the local library, as

One of the following Maven dependency

<artifactId>molgenis-data-vcf</artifactId>
<version>1.21.1</version>
</dependency>

The jar package I downloaded is: C:\Users\johnny\Desktop\molgenis-data-vcf-1.21.1.jar

Import it to the local warehouse

MVN Install:install-file-dfile=c:\users\johnny\desktop\molgenis-data-vcf-1.21.1.jar-dgroupid=org.molgenis- Dartifactid=molgenis-data-vcf-dversion=1.21.1-dpackaging=jar
