On the documents required for the application of domestic online game products

The customer must provide the following materials:

(a) Ministry of Culture Network game filing Form

(ii) Game theme and content specification;

(iii) game operation instructions;

(d) Game samples:

1. Client game: Provide game client (including network game Software client program to CD-ROM or DVD disc as the carrier) three copies, and provide login account and corresponding password, the account should be able to traverse the game all scenes and functions;

2. Web game: Provide game server login address, and provide three login account and corresponding password, the account should be able to traverse the game all scenes and functions;

3. Mobile games: To provide a mobile phone equipped with a report game three (after the record is refunded) or to provide a virtual side of the mobile game (simulator) of the game CD-ROM, and provide a login account and its corresponding password, the account should be able to traverse the game all scenes and functions;

4. Other games: Provide three carriers or media that can traverse all game contents normally according to the game situation.

(v) All the dialogue, narration, descriptive text and the lyrics of the game theme song, episode (this item only need to provide electronic version);

(vi) A copy of the "Network culture Management license" and the "business license" of the applicant unit;

(vii) Self-audit results (should indicate whether there is a violation of the relevant provisions of the content, including possible controversial content of the relevant instructions);

(eight) copy of the game "software copyright registration certificate";
