Mouse wheel failure

After a whim, I bought a Microsoft Wireless mouse and mouse package, which was transported from the United States to China far away. After I installed my computer at home, I found that the scroll wheel of the mouse was suddenly unavailable. There is no such thing as a problem with signal transmission. The battery contact may be somewhat loose during transportation, leading to rolling signal emission exceptions.
