Multiple lines of text in a cell in Gridcontrol

We know that the cell inside the Gridcontrol is not wrapped by default, but sometimes we need to show the text to be wrapped, how should we handle it? Here's a scenario:

Suppose I have a column "contract text" (Colcontracttext), I want this to be able to view multiple lines.

The steps are as follows:

1. Add a control for this column,

2. Set the GridView setting other columns are not editable and are not read-only. Everything is done in the method as follows:
