My head is big today

This morning, the boss asked me to check some information on how to implement streaming media on Windows Mobile. I searched for it online for one morning and found it very troublesome to implement it. On the one hand, most of the implementations of streaming media are written in C ++, and I am not familiar with C ++, which makes my head big. On the other hand, I can see on the Internet that some basically implement streaming media on Windows Mobile as an outsourcing project to deal with it! This problem is too difficult.
