In upper-and lower-level communication, superiors should not only pay attention to their own expressions, but also take into account the lower-level understanding to avoid superiors from finishing their tasks, the lower-level also seems to be very clear and lead the task to do it. As a result, the delivery of the task in a few days is far from your own expectations. If it is not, we will implement secondary communication and confirmation.

In cross-Department team collaboration, the technical director must be the coordination hub between departments. In the case of work conflicts, the technical director must immediately coordinate in person to provide effective solutions, take good care of the Work feelings of conflicting employees to avoid communication inertia and communication resentment.
