MySQL creates a new user and gives permission

1. Log in to MySQL as an administrator

Mysql-u root-p

2. Select MySQL Database

 use MySQL

3. Create a user and set a password

Create User ' testuser '@'localhost'by'testpassword' 

4. Make the Operation effective

Privileges

5. Create a database for users

Create Database TestDB

6, give the user the operation database testdb all permissions

Grant  All Privileges  on TestDB. *  to test@localhost identified by  '1234'

7. Make the Operation effective

Privileges

8. Log in with a new user
