If you still cannot connect to your computer after the preceding operations, we recommend that you:
1. Check whether Windows Media Player is installed on your computer and whether the Windows Media Player version on your computer is later than 11. If the version is earlier, you are advised to download the latest version of the software.
2. Open the Kies software, click [solve the fault connection], and reinstall the driver.
3. Change the USB interface of the computer. We recommend that you use the USB port behind the host for the desktop.
4. Disable anti-virus software or firewall on your computer.
