Four, but 192.168.1.11 this host in contention bandwidth, the data stream reached 1000Kbps after the host still need more bandwidth, the router will always increase the effective downlink bandwidth to 2000Kbps, will no longer continue to forward over this bandwidth range of packets.

The remaining downlink 7Mbps bandwidth resources will be idle and will not be allocated to. 10 and. 11 unless the maximum available downlink bandwidth is changed to larger, otherwise they will not be able to use the remaining bandwidth. When IP QoS is configured, the mode is selected for shared bandwidth, which is the maximum minimum bandwidth of the upper and lower rows of all IP address sharing settings that are contained within the address segment.
