The new version of Linux kernel will support the new architecture-general Linux technology-Linux programming and kernel information. The following is a detailed description. The Linux kernel version 2.6.25 is currently in the final test phase. It will support the Feroceon microarchitecture of Marvell and the Orion single chip integration system. Many NAS network storage devices and other applications will be supported by the Linux kernel. In this regard, Debian will work closely together to launch release versions suitable for installation on these devices.

Linus Torvalds has just released the 2.6.25 RC7 kernel and commented, "Please test it properly. We are looking forward to version 2.6.25." It is said that the final version will be released this week.

This version of the kernel will contain patches from the Orion git tree, maintained by Nicolas Pitre and Lennert Buytenhek (two famous ARM Linux hackers hired by Marvell ).
