Sudo apt-get install libxalan110 libqt3-mt

2. Download VirtualBox

Wget Ubuntu_Edgy_x86.deb "> http://www.virtualbox.org/download/1.3.2/VirtualBox_1.3.2_Ubuntu_Edgy_x86.deb

3. Install VirtualBox:

Sudo dpkg-I VirtualBox_1.3.2_Ubuntu_Edgy_x86.deb

4. Ignore the kernel

Sudo gedit/etc/init. d/virtualbox

Change exit 1 in row 129 to exit 0.

5. Continue Installation

Sudo apt-get-f install

6. Install the necessary compiling environment and corresponding class libraries.

Sudo apt-get install build-essential

Sudo apt-get install linux-headers-$ (uname-r)

7. Start to compile the kernel module.

Cd/opt/VirtualBox-1.3.2/src

Sudo make

Sudo make install

8. Join Vboxusers User Group

Sudo usermod-G vboxusers-a your logon name

9 Reboot

Restart the computer.
