As a matter of fact, after being involved, I feel more deeply. Over the past two days, I have been remembering this for a long time. I feel that I still need to write my own feelings, so many things are not unpleasant.

1. college students have a strong ability to express and persuade themselves;

Compared with our college students at that time, we can't help but admit that the difference is too big. Their verbal expression and typhoon performance are like a well-experienced professional trainer. In addition, the production of PPT is quite good. I don't know if the team has invited a PPT master behind it. From my perspective, there are a few slides that have reached the professional PPT competition level. What's more, they have a strong desire to express themselves, and someone asks not to use a microphone.

2. The entrepreneurial psychology of college students is strong and the market consciousness is not inferior;

Most of these students are from Beijing schools such as beiyou and Tsinghua. It is said that it is the gold ivory tower, and there should be little intersection with the market. However, their projects are basically practical. That is to say, they are market-oriented and provide informative data support for market analysis and customer analysis. This shows that they have done a considerable market research. This means that they are not working on projects, but are working on entrepreneurial projects practically.

One of the students spoke well about the project. He stepped down and passed by me. I shook hands with him and congratulated him: you spoke very well. He immediately sat down and told me that the project was actually activated and there were six fixed contract customers. We were going to make it bigger and stronger, we hope you can invest in your shares.

Of course, there are also many disadvantages:

1. Lack of creativity;

Even though I am not a professional Internet designer or product manager, I have not found any novel applications or designs for the TEN projects I entered the finals. Of course, this may be a common problem for Chinese people, not just for students.

2. Few technologies, mostly market-driven;

We often see applications on the Internet that highlight people's eyes. The success background is not only a business model, but also a unique technology. Some of them may be inappropriate. The success of Gmail is an example. In my opinion, Baidu's image search is not successful, and some new applications can be launched based on some distinctive technologies. Unfortunately, this competition is almost called a business model competition, rather than a product competition.

3. There are not many friends and groups, indicating that contestants and competitions have insufficient influence.

There may be insufficient attention and publicity efforts. However, Baidu and contestants both have the responsibility. For contestants, this is not only a group competition, but also a test of influence and leadership on campus. In this regard, contestants all lose a lot of points.

All in all, today's young people cannot. I was amazed by their performance. After the awards, Sun Yunfeng, Baidu's chief product architect, also said: the contestants in the past few years are better than the other generation, and they really feel they are old. I shook hands and congratulated the contestant. Later I won the championship, and I got the scholarship and Baidu internship as expected. In addition to envy and hate, this makes me feel a little self-defeating. Let me write down his name, Xu Qing and beiyou.
