Small 2 Internet Settings:

Menu → settings → configuration settings → Personal Configuration Settings → operation → new → network → Account name: don't change → home page: http://wap.monternet.com → user name and password to be cleared → Use Preferred access point: cancel → define access point settings → Proxy: started → proxy address: 10.0.0.172 → proxy port: 80 → transmission mode: grouped data → transmission mode setting → grouped data access point: cmwap → authentication type: normal → empty username and password

MMS settings:
Menu → settings → configuration → Personal Configuration → operation → add → multimedia → Account name: Don't change → server address: http://mmsc.monternet.com → Use Preferred access point: Cancel → access point setup → Proxy: started → proxy address: 10.0.0.172 → proxy port: 80 → transmission mode: GPRS → Transmission Mode settings → GPRS Access Point: cmwap → authentication type: normal → user name and password cleared

I cannot set it myself, and then I can choose from the menu → settings → configuration settings → Personal Configuration Settings → operations → add → access point, the Access Point settings are the same as those above, and the operation is successful.
