When I got there, I had to restart the computer first, and then I saw that the hard drive on the computer was broken. It was really slow to start. Some important files may be located in the damaged area. I had to re-find the mouse and the video card could not be high-colored, I had to take it to the office. After scanning, I looked at the bad zone and thought about what I would say to them tomorrow. Please purchase a hard disk.
But what do they do now? I thought, it wasn't just because the finance staff had just left, and there was a temporary space. So I took it and inserted it ......
Question! The network cannot be connected. The first suspect is that the network cable of the object is closed, so I made a new crystal head, or not, sweating, the level of my head is doubtful? Again, I took it to the office without a hard time and went online again. It's normal! I began to doubt the level of the head. Move them down and ask their electrician to make another one. Is the plug-in the same ???? I don't quite believe that both of them are at a low level. They also asked their maintenance staff to turn on the switch agency in the Office (Sunday, it doesn't matter). The NIC lights went off and turned on again, and the line was normal. We also asked the maintenance staff to change the plug-in to another one. After a while, the light began to flash! Maintained! I can finally wash my hair and take a bath ......
I went back to the office in the evening and saw that they had lost a ticket in the office. The maintenance staff gave me a sentence and the line was no longer working. Why? Is the line too long and unstable? They used them well. The computer is working normally. The computer should be okay. What's the problem? I took my boss's notebook and got it online (it felt so good at the time that I had a notebook tested in front of so many people), so it was not normal. My eyes closed and asked the maintenance staff to take a NIC and change it to normal.
Why? It should be because this Nic has poor performance and is difficult to adapt to when the line is slightly poor. This line may be 50-70 meters, and there are connectors in the middle. When I get the office, the line is short and there is no problem (I will mark it on the back and put it in one of the office for use, I want to confirm that there is no problem with the network card in the short line ), it may fail when the line is long. The line can be used in a notebook, but it must not be a key problem (or not the only problem ). Now I want to ask, why should we deal with the simple problem for at least four hours? This is because it is not the only device that has a problem, but the network adapter and network cable. When two devices do not work together or there is a problem at the same time, it will always be annoying for a while.
So how can we predict that two devices have problems at the same time? I am also worried, because this is luck. I will change the NIC first. If there is a ghost file in the host, I may reinstall the system first. Because of my reasoning, the network card is okay (the Office has tried and can be connected), and the network cable is okay (it has been available all the time before, and it is very unlikely that both of them will be broken ), will it be that the operating system is too messy (because this is the machine left by someone else after leaving, but-why is the office okay ?).
In addition, during the maintenance process, I always blame myself for having to do two things: first, find a simple tool to test the loss of the package, I cannot use ping to cope with the problem (think about xulian, I have installed Win2000 in an extremely abnormal line, and I am too patient to solve the problem ); the second is to test the diskless workstation. In this way, the hard disk is really unnecessary for simple applications.
