How to open cmd in win10:

1." Run " cmd Open, or you can press and hold win+r

2. Select the command line tool" start -->> all Applications-->>windows system-- >> find

The first step:

New registry Value
in theRunInput in:regedit

Open Registry Editor, go to branch: hkey_current_user\software\microsoft\windows Nt\currentversion\appcompatflags\ Layers

Name the string property as C:\Windows\System32\cmd.exe (i.e. CMD program's path), right --->> modify , enter in "Value data" :RUNASADMIN, Confirm the Save.

Step Two:

set Administrator to run cmd
The location of the command prompt shortcut icon in the Start menu Right -click on "command Prompt" = =" more = =" Select " Open File location ",

Right-click the command Prompt shortcut icon and select "Properties" , in the pop-up window, select "Advanced" , and then in the advanced properties, tick "Run as Administrator" , the last point to confirm the save. At this point, it's done!
