Member Group Management

The membership group is divided into two categories, one is the experience member group and the other is the special member group.

Members of the experience member group will be automatically changed according to experience, special member group will not change automatically, need to be set manually by the administrator.

Member Group Management

From the admin menu on the left, click on Membership group to enter.

Add a member group

Click “ Add ” button below the list of members.

Fill in the relevant properties and click “ Save ” button.

Edit Member Group

Select the member group you want to edit, and then tap “ Edit ” button.

Note: You can edit only one member group at a time.

Fill in the relevant properties and click “ Save ” button.

Member Group Authorization

Select the member group that you want to authorize, and then click the “ Licensing ” button.

Note: Only one member group can be authorized to operate.

Fill in the relevant properties and click “ OK ” button.

Member Group Submission Authorization

Support Starting from Freecms 2.3

Select the member group to which you want to contribute authorization, then click the “ Submit authorization ” button.

Note: Only one member group can be authorized to work at the same time.

Select the column you want to contribute and click the “ authorize ” button.

Delete a member group

Select the member group that you want to delete, and then tap “ Delete ” button.

Tip: You can delete multiple member groups at the same time.

To prevent mis-operation, the user is prompted to delete, click “ OK ” complete the delete operation.
