Oracle cannot be started on linux Server

On a linux server, Oracle cannot be started-general Linux technology-Linux technology and application information. For more information, see the following. A file corruption was reported in/home during linux Startup. I restored it with The fsck command. An error was reported when Oracle was started after the system was started.
$ Sqlplus/nolog
SQL> conn/as sysdba
ERROR:
ORA-09925: Unable to create audit trail file
Linux-x86_64 Error: 30: Read-only file system
Additional information: 9925

The admin and oradata folders in/home/oracle/app/oracle cannot be opened.
The permission for both folders is drwxr-x ---, and the root user cannot change the permission. The error "read-only filesystem" is returned.
This error occurs when root is used to change the permissions of all files and folders in/home.
