Permission Design for control fields (3)

System Operation:

 

Demonstrate system permission creation permission

 

 

First create a first user testPrivilege

 

 

 

2. Create a document-specific condition:

 

 

 

3. Enter the condition name, type, description, and Case sensitivity. Click Save.

 

4. Create a permission after the conditions are created.

 

 

5. Enter the permission content:

Name, description, availability (otherwise, this permission does not work), permission type creation, and Condition Selection for the "Create all document conditions" We just created"

Field: you do not need to select a field because the permission type is read or modified.

Click "save"

 

 

 

 

 

6. Create a role

 

 

 

 

Enter the role name, description, availability, and permissions under the role and click "OK".

 

 

 

 

 

 

7. Click to query:

 

 

8. Double-click the role to assign users. We will assign the created user "testPrivilege"

 

 

 

 

Add a user and click "save"

 

 

Add the created "create all document Permissions", select the permissions tab, and click Add.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

8. Click to log out and log on to the testPrivigle user to check whether the operation was successful.

 

 

 

 

We can see a creation in the most visible region and then click to see all the categories under the document.
