Press CTRL + J to copy the background layer, and then set the foreground color to: #770414, setting the background color to: #FAF7D5, and then executing on the copy layer: filters > Rendering > Layered Clouds

Create a new layer press CTRL + Shift + ALT + E stamped layer, and then change the layer blending mode to "overlay" and the opacity to: 40%

Create a new layer press CTRL + Shift + ALT + ~ Pull up the high light selection and fill the color: #FAF7D5

Create a new layer press CTRL + Shift + ALT + E-stamped layer, select menu: Filters > Noise > Add noise parameter settings as shown in Figure 7, and then select menu: Filter > Fuzzy > Dynamic fuzzy parameter setting as shown in Figure 8, after the Execution menu: filter ; Render > Layered cloud effects as shown in Figure 9, and then change the layer blending mode to "overlay

Create a new layer press CTRL + Shift + ALT + ~ Bring up the high-light selection fill color: #FAF7D5, change the opacity of the layer to: 50%

Merge all the layers and then use the Topaz filter to sharpen it, and then press CTRL + J to copy the layer blending mode to "filter", and change the opacity to: 40%, and then press CTRL + Shift + U to finish the color OK.
