Php_manual_zh.chm is the master file of the manual, if you only need the plain text manual, you can keep this file only.
Php_manual_notes.chm is the user comment section of the corresponding section of the manual and cannot be opened separately, only with Php_manual_zh.chm. This is a useful thing, supplemented by a number of manuals are not or should not be included in the section, and is always updated.
