Phpcms topic paging problem, is not a bug

Paging PHP Two development phpcms

Recently in the study phpcms, when doing the topic, found that the topic paging is always wrong, what is going on.

I have different results when I make changes to the list.html on each page of the feature template.

For example, a total of 32 data, each page shows 16, the normal use of paging,
But I show 14 per page, paging is not working properly, the first two pages of static pages generated, but the last page of static page is not generated.

Tried several times, and found that the last page of data is very small, unable to generate static pages.
