Php+mysql garbled problem
My MySQL code is utf8_bin.
Encoding of the page
Use is Zend do development, Zend inside also have set PHP page code utf-8
But the query out of the data to the front page is garbled.
I added a sentence of mysql_query ("Set names ' gb2312 ') to the PHP file connected to the database to display the data after execution. is the front page to fetch database data are garbled. Hope that the predecessors can give guidance.
My front page is written using Dreamweaver
