Add a small floating layer to any element, just like on an iPad, for storing non-primary information.

The title of the PopOver and the length of the content are all 0 words will never be displayed.

Plug-in dependencies

The popup is dependent on the ToolTip plug-in, so if you customize the Bootstrap, be careful to compile the dependent plugins.

Initialization

For performance reasons, ToolTips and popup data programming interfaces (data APIs) must be initialized manually.

The way to initialize all pop-up boxes on one page at a time is to data-toggle select them by property:
